FAQ's

What types of classes do you offer?
We offer a variety of heated and non heated yoga and Pilates classes suitable for all levels.  Check our schedule for specific class types!

Do I need to bring my own equipment?
We recommend you bring a mat, water bottle and a small towel. However, if you do forget anything we offer mats and towels for rent.

What should I wear to class?
Wear lightweight, comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for easy movement. We recommend avoiding baggy clothing that may get in the way during practice.

How do I sign up for a class?
You can sign up for classes online through our website, the Wellness Living Achieve app, or at the studio. Walk-ins are always welcome, but we recommend reserving your spot to ensure availability.

 

​What if I’m new to yoga or pilates?
Welcome! Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels.  Our staff and teachers are available before and after class to answer any questions you may have.

Do you offer memberships or class packages?
Yes! We offer a variety of membership options and class packages to suit your needs. Visit our Classes page for more information.

Is there parking available?
Yes, there is convenient parking in the parking lot where studio is located, as in the Regina St. parking lot around the corner.  Check our location page for specific details.

Can I do hot yoga if I am pregnant?

Generally we advise against it, however, If you are a long time practitioner of hot yoga, you may be able to continue while pregnant. Please always consult with your health care provider to ensure that you are aware of any risks.

What is the benefit of hot yoga?

Hot yoga offers the same benefits as a regular yoga practice, but with some extra boost.  Its great for your cardiovascular system, helps increase your flexibility, and can offer a reduction in stress.

 

Do you offer non heated classes?

Yes, we do have non-heated options.  Please check our schedule.  Non-heated classes will be noted.

 

How early do I need to arrive before class?

We recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class start time to allow yourself time to check in with the front desk and change and prep for class.  Out of respect for our teachers and fellow students we will not allow late arrivals once class has begun
